Design, build, and deploy intelligent systems and AI-powered solutions supporting real estate, finance, sales, and operations.
Work with data teams, business stakeholders, and enterprise IT to deliver scalable, secure, production-ready AI applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and generative AI models and pipelines across departments.
- Build LLM-based applications, chatbots, and document and data processing systems.
- Integrate AI models with ERP, CRM, and data warehouse systems.
- Develop data pipelines for model training, evaluation, and monitoring.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and governance requirements.
- Evaluate and validate models for accuracy, fairness, and reliability.
- Document technical designs, model architectures, and deployment processes.
- Test solutions in development and UAT environments before production rollout.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, data science, or software engineering focused on applied AI.
- Strong Python programming skills and familiarity with ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or scikit-learn.
- Experience with LLM APIs, prompt engineering, and retrieval-augmented generation.
- Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP and MLOps tools for deployment and monitoring.
- Understanding of data structures, algorithms, software engineering, governance, security, and compliance.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
