Must-have qualifications

- Hands-on experience building AI/ML systems.
- Experience with LLMs, agentic AI, voice AI systems, or multimodal reasoning.
- Ability to build and deploy production-grade AI systems.
- Strong ownership and ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
