The role
Join AI Central as a Senior AI Native Builder to build, productise and deploy AI-powered products, MVPs, reusable assets and ventures.
Work in live client contexts across regulated and mission-critical sectors, turning ambiguous challenges into solutions that can be tested, adopted and scaled.
The role combines product instinct, engineering depth, independent judgment and rapid execution.
What you will own
- Own the AI delivery methodology for an assigned sector vertical.
- Own the reusable asset library from client engagements and prepare solutions for regional adaptation.
- Drive technical onboarding and capability development for engineers joining the team.
- Lead client problem statements through prototypes, MVPs and deployable solutions.
- Advise leaders on AI priorities, architecture and build-versus-buy decisions.
- Contribute reusable patterns, playbooks and practices for AI-native delivery.
Ideal candidate
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong hands-on engineering ability in Python, JavaScript or similar languages with production application experience.
