Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Use excellent subject knowledge to enthuse students and enable learning.
- Plan lessons considering individual learning needs, styles, and capabilities.
- Deliver a programme of learning opportunities to enrich the taught curriculum.
- Engage and motivate students to achieve beyond expectations.
- Encourage students to become effective, confident, independent learners.
- Make full use of ICT and new technologies to enhance teaching and learning.
- Observe, assess, and record each child's progress per school policy.
- Ensure health and safety of children and staff during all activities.
- Co operate with colleagues for fair and positive behavior management.
- Communicate openly with parents about student attainment and progress.
- Maintain high confidentiality when speaking with parents and external parties.
- Contribute to after school activities and community events.
Qualifications, Experience and Competencies
- A recognized teaching qualification (e.g., Qualified Teacher Status).
- Preferably two years teaching experience.

- Experience in American curriculum is an advantage.
- Prior experience in an international setting is an advantage.
