Responsibilities
- Develop creative concepts and visual executions for integrated advertising campaigns
- Translate marketing and communication objectives into impactful visual ideas
- Present creative concepts and rationale to internal teams and clients
- Ensure all creative outputs align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives
- Lead the design and visual direction of campaigns across digital, social, print, video, OOH, and experiential platforms
- Create storyboards, mood boards, layouts, and design mockups
- Oversee production and quality of creative assets from concept through final execution
- Partner with Copywriters to develop integrated creative solutions
- Coordinate with photographers, illustrators, videographers, editors, and production suppliers
- Mentor Junior Art Directors, Designers, and Interns
Requirements

ART DIRECTOR
- The Art Director is responsible for developing and executing compelling visual concepts for advertising campaigns across multiple channels.
- This role collaborates closely with Copywriters, Creative Directors, Client Service teams, Strategists, and Production partners to deliver creative solutions that meet client objectives while maintaining high standards of design and brand consistency.
Creative Development
- Develop creative concepts and visual executions for integrated advertising campaigns.
- Translate marketing and communication objectives into impactful visual ideas.
- Present creative concepts and rationale to internal teams and clients.
- Ensure all creative outputs align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
Design and Execution
- Lead the design and visual direction of campaigns across digital, social, print, video, OOH, and experiential platforms.
- Create storyboards, mood boards, layouts, and design mockups.
- Oversee the production and quality of creative assets from concept through final execution.
- Ensure consistency, accuracy, and quality across all deliverables.
Collaboration
- Partner with Copywriters to develop integrated creative solutions.
- Work closely with Account Management and Strategy teams to understand client needs and campaign goals.
- Coordinate with photographers, illustrators, videographers, editors, and production suppliers during project execution.
- Provide creative guidance and feedback to Junior Designers and other team members.
Client Engagement
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and creative reviews.
- Explain creative concepts and recommendations clearly and confidently.
- Address client feedback while maintaining the integrity of the creative idea.
Leadership and Mentorship
- Mentor Junior Art Directors, Designers, and Interns.
- Share best practices and contribute to the development of the creative team.
- Stay informed about design trends, emerging technologies, and industry developments.
