Just us & Otto is looking for a creative and experienced Art Director to join our growing team.
We are looking for someone with a strong creative eye, good design sense and the ability to bring ideas and campaigns to life across digital, print and event projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee creative design direction across campaigns, events and branding projects
- Develop creative concepts and visual identities for digital and print materials
- Supervise and guide the design team on ongoing projects and deliverables
- Ensure all creative outputs are aligned with brand guidelines and project objectives
- Coordinate closely with account management, production and social media teams
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Art Director, Senior Graphic Designer, or similar creative role
- At least 3 years’ experience, preferable with agency background
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding, campaign and design work
- Fluency in English & Arabic
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
- Experience in events, marketing agencies or advertising industry is preferred
- Strong creative thinking, leadership, and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
