Role Overview
The employer is seeking an Art Director to lead visual direction for brand campaigns, creative projects, marketing initiatives, and digital experiences.
The role collaborates with creative, marketing, brand, design, content, and senior leadership teams to support brand identity and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead visual direction for campaigns, brand initiatives, and marketing projects.
- Translate business and marketing objectives into visual concepts and creative strategies.
- Create mood boards, storyboards, visual treatments, and campaign directions.
- Lead multidisciplinary creative professionals and provide feedback and mentorship.
- Maintain visual standards, brand guidelines, creative principles, and design quality.
- Review and approve visual assets and ensure consistency across brand touchpoints.
- Lead projects from concept through production and final delivery.
- Present visual strategies to clients, stakeholders, executives, and business leaders.
- Manage multiple projects, external partners, creative assets, design libraries, and documentation.
- Research trends and improve creative workflows, visual systems, and campaign effectiveness.
