Description

  • Amazon's Brand Innovation Lab (BIL) is looking for a full stack Art Director
  • Create one of a kind campaigns for leading global brands across every advertising vertical
  • Partner with multi disciplinary creatives, solutions managers, producers, and software developers
  • Lead projects and own client relationships

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Concept, design, and execute innovative ads, campaigns, and experiences for global brands
  • Partner with other creatives, solutions managers, developers, strategists, and producers to create customer focused solutions
  • Lead campaigns and collaborate with internal teams, clients, and external agency partners
  • Deliver high quality designs and exceptional art direction for campaigns across different Amazon touch points
  • Demonstrate in depth understanding of Photoshop Suite, Figma, and AI tools
  • Bring a deep passion for understanding customers and making work that delivers results
  • Present ideas and concepts to clients, agencies, and internal stakeholders
  • Ideate across both traditional and non traditional formats
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines
  • Mentor and inspire junior designers and creatives

A Day in the Life

  • Partner with IMDb on creating a reality content series for a travel brand
  • Invent a product that helps revolutionize cooking with a CPG brand
  • Present a campaign to brand clients and their partner media agency
  • Design a trivia experience for a FinServ brand using Prime Video titles
  • Review video edits for influencer product launch campaign
  • Innovate what's next on Amazon for fashion advertisers

  • Brand Innovation Lab (BIL) is an award winning team that conceptualizes and executes bespoke advertising experiences for global brands

Basic Qualifications

  • Experience in marketing, brand advertising, media sales, or online advertising and close work with senior advertisers and agency stakeholders
  • 6+ years of professional experience
  • Experience with Figma and the Adobe CS suite: XD, Photoshop, Illustrator. InDesign, Dreamweaver, Premiere and After Effects

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of branding guidelines and corporate identity, visual design, print and digital layout design

Compensation

  • Base salary range: CAD 81,500 136,100 annually
  • Total compensation may include sign on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs)
  • Comprehensive benefits including health insurance, RRSP, DPSP, paid time off
