ARM Server SoC Software & Firmware Systems Engineer (Sr. Staff / Principal)

Our charter is to deliver reference ARM server platforms based on Qualcomm server SoCs, spanning silicon enablement, firmware, OS and hypervisor integration, documentation, and ecosystem support for datacenter customers.

Qualcomm is seeking a Sr. Staff / Principal level ARM Server SoC Software & Firmware Systems Engineer to act as a system-level technical leader for our next-generation ARM server platforms.

This role is a cross-disciplinary technical leadership position with responsibility for guiding end-to-end system architecture across silicon, firmware, OS, and platform software. You will align multiple engineering teams around architectural intent, guide critical design decisions, track execution across organizational boundaries, and ensure delivery meets production and hyperscale requirements.
