Nashar Trading Company is looking for an Area Sales Manager to lead sales across Jeddah, Makkah, Taif, and Al Baha, managing all sales channels except Key Accounts. The role requires 5+ years of FMCG sales management experience and strong leadership skills.

- Deliver sales and distribution targets across all assigned territories

- Support and drive Route to Market (RTM) projects to improve market coverage, customer reach, and sales efficiency
- Strengthen customer relationships and drive growth opportunities across the region
- Monitor KPIs, analyze performance, and identify business opportunities for improvement
Requirements
- 5+ years of FMCG sales management experience
- Strong leadership and commercial acumen
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Experience in sales channel management and RTM projects is a plus
