Brand Representation
- Ensure store layout, visual merchandising, and customer experience strictly align with corporate brand guidelines and identity.
Territory Expansion
- Find new locations for opening stores within the assigned territory.
Sales and Performance
- Drive revenue targets and monitor KPIs such as conversion rates.
- Analyze sales data to support retail performance management.
Team Leadership
- Recruit, train, and motivate sales executives and store managers to deliver brand-focused sales.
Inventory and Operations
- Manage stock levels, coordinate product replenishment, minimize shrinkage, and oversee daily store operations.
Stakeholder Communication
- Coordinate with the brand retail team on daily sales, stock, and other requirements.
Qualifications and Skills
- 3 to 7 years of retail management or supervisory experience.
- Experience in a similar product or brand category is preferred.
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, retail management, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong leadership, commercial awareness, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Compensation
- Pay is ₹25,000 to ₹35,000 per month.
Work Location
- Work location is in person.
