Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a regional sales and customer development plan for Saudi Arabia
- Expand existing customer relationships and identify and acquire new customers
- Analyze the market potential in Saudi Arabia and develop an appropriate market entry or structural concept
- Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the entire sales process, including technical consulting and product selection
- Present solutions, application benefits, and technological differentiators to customers
- Conduct market, competitors, and potential analyses to identify business opportunities
- Manage and negotiate commercial contracts, including pricing, terms, conditions and delivery terms
- Manage after sales business and conduct basic service activities
- Build and maintain strong networks within the market
- Use relevant sales and CRM tools to manage and document the sales process
- Prepare forecasts, sales reports, and market insights
- Collaborate with internal sales, product management, and international sales organizations
Requirements
- Completed technical degree with relevant sales experience
- Experience in selling technical or complex products, ideally in the pump industry
- Entrepreneurial mindset, strong customer orientation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly
- Structured, independent working style with high flexibility
- Strong communication and intercultural competence
- Willingness to travel
- Very good command of English; Arabic skills are an advantage
