Work Arrangement

• The position is based in Bacardi's Dubai office.
• The role follows a hybrid working arrangement.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver quarterly revenue and profit targets.
• Manage the advertising and promotion budget each month.
• Manage cash collection and achieve overdue receivables targets.
• Grow market share in strategically important airport locations.
• Manage approximately 50 Retail Ambassadors.
• Manage a diverse customer base across Global Travel Retail sub-channels.

Skills and Experience

• Experience managing all parts of a P&L to achieve revenue, profit, and profitability targets.
• Strong commercial, numerical, and analytical skills.
• Experience negotiating price, investment, and annual trading agreements to drive growth.
• Customer management experience in a matrix structure.
• High-standard written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to inspire, manage, and build teams to deliver collective performance.
