Role Description
The Area Sales Manager Construction - Industrial is a full-time, on-site role based in the United Arab Emirates.
The role manages and grows sales within designated construction and industrial territories for professional customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, maintain client relationships, conduct site visits, and present suitable product solutions.
- Prepare sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and monitor market trends and competitor activity.
- Coordinate order processing, delivery, and after-sales support with internal teams.
- Achieve sales targets and report performance to management.
Qualifications
- Proven field sales or key account management experience in construction, industrial, or related technical sectors.
- Strong customer relationship management, territory development, consultative selling, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand technical products and translate customer needs into solutions.
- Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel within assigned regions.
- Relevant diploma or degree in business, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of the UAE construction and industrial market is highly advantageous.
- Ability to work independently with a proactive and goal-oriented mindset.
