Dealer and distributor development
- Identify potential dealers and distributors and appoint them according to company policy.
- Develop relationships with existing channel partners and visit them regularly.
- Ensure product availability, stock rotation, and product range at distributor and dealer level.
- Drive primary and secondary sales and support channel partners in achieving targets.
- Resolve issues involving orders, pricing, schemes, stock, delivery, and payments.
