We are looking for a strong leader who can bring and manage a team of 10–15 real estate sales professionals and drive high sales performance in the UAE property market.

Position: Real Estate Sales Team Leader / Sales Manager

Team Requirement

  • Must be able to bring and lead a team of 10–15 real estate sales agents/consultants

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of 10–15 real estate sales professionals
  • Drive sales for UAE real estate projects
  • Set monthly targets and ensure team performance
  • Train, motivate, and guide team members to achieve sales goals
  • Generate leads, manage client meetings, and close property deals
  • Build strong relationships with clients, investors, and developers
  • Monitor daily sales activities and submit performance reports
  • Ensure achievement of monthly goal sheet targets
  • Support team members in improving productivity and closing ratios

Requirements

  • Proven experience in UAE/Dubai real estate sales
  • Prior experience as a Team Leader or Sales Manager in real estate
  • Ability to bring an active team of 10–15 sales professionals
  • Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Strong client network and market connections preferred
  • Target-oriented and performance-driven personality
  • UAE driving license will be an added advantage
  • Must have a valid UAE work visa
