Role Overview
The Area Retail Associate supports the Area Sales Manager across multiple PUMA SIS locations in a designated region.
The role supports operational excellence, brand consistency, sales performance, store execution, training, and compliance.
The role reports to the Team Head for LFR and SIS.
Store Support and Sales
- Assist multiple SIS locations with day-to-day operational requirements.
- Track store-level KPIs and support staff in achieving sales targets through improved service and selling skills.
- Analyze SIS performance and share insights with the Area Sales Manager.
Visual Merchandising
- Ensure visual merchandising standards are implemented consistently across all SIS locations.
- Coordinate seasonal updates, campaigns, and product launches with the visual merchandising team.
- Audit display quality and provide corrective action plans.
Inventory and Stock
- Assist SIS locations with stock replenishment, stock counts, and shrinkage control.
