Position Summary
Supports the Area Sales Manager across multiple PUMA SIS locations in a designated region.
Acts as a bridge between store teams and area leadership to drive store execution, training, compliance, and sales performance.
Reports to the Team Head LFR and SIS.
Store Support and Sales
- Assist multiple SIS locations with day-to-day operational requirements.
- Track SIS-level KPIs and support staff in achieving sales targets through better service and selling skills.
- Analyze store performance and share insights with the Area Sales Manager.
Visual Merchandising
- Ensure visual merchandising standards are implemented consistently across SIS locations.
- Coordinate seasonal updates, campaigns, and product launches with the visual merchandising team.
- Audit display quality and provide corrective action plans.
Inventory and Stock
- Assist with stock replenishment, stock counts, and shrinkage control.
- Identify fast- and slow-moving products and support stock balancing across stores.
