🔹 Position:
Area Manager – Restaurants
- 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the daily operations of multiple restaurant branches
- Monitor sales performance and achieve operational and financial targets
- Lead, train, and develop branch managers and staff
- Ensure excellent food quality, service standards, and operational compliance
- Analyze operational and financial reports and implement improvement plans
- Control costs, reduce waste, and maximize profitability
- Handle customer feedback and resolve operational issues efficiently
- 🔹 Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in restaurant operations management
- Previous experience as an Area Manager or Operations Manager
- Strong knowledge of P&L management, cost control, and sales analysis
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Ability to manage multiple branches effectively
- Good knowledge of restaurant systems and reporting tools
