Role Overview

Your Stores

• Implement strategy, annual plans, commercial programs, targets, and budgets across stores.
• Translate targets into store action plans to drive sales and KPI performance.
• Approve and monitor staffing plans aligned with productivity and employee wellbeing.
• Visit each store at least monthly or more often according to store and team needs.
• Drive operational excellence and review store health and safety reports.

Your Team

• Lead, inspire, hire, retain, coach, and develop teams across the assigned area.
• Ensure consistent onboarding and participation in product, sales, operational, and leadership training.
• Manage wellbeing, absenteeism, performance conversations, succession planning, and People KPIs.
• Facilitate effective team meetings and workshops.

Brand and Business Impact

• Act as a brand ambassador and FOAM role model while cascading information to store management.
• Drive transformation programs to optimize store performance and operations.
• Provide quantitative and qualitative insights through periodic and ad hoc reports and analyses.
• Build a winning culture with clear team goals and expectations.

Key Requirements

• At least five years of relevant experience in retail or hospitality.
• Minimum bachelor's degree or equivalent in an appropriate subject.
• Fluency in English.
• An additional language would be an advantage.
