Role Overview
The Area Manager will lead and develop APM Monaco's retail business across Saudi Arabia.
The role is responsible for sales performance, operational excellence, client experience, visual merchandising, and retail team development.
Business Performance and Sales
- Develop and execute the overall sales strategy and action plans.
- Drive boutique sales performance and achievement of targets and KPIs.
- Analyze sales reports and business data to identify opportunities and action plans.
- Set objectives for Store Managers and follow up on performance.
- Develop forecasts and strategic plans for growth, launches, and profitability.
- Collaborate with marketing and propose events, activations, and incentives to grow the customer base.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, customer behavior, and regional opportunities.
- Provide market analysis and business reports covering potential, demand, competition, and feedback.
