- Deliver the area’s sales, market share, performance and profitability to meet or exceed budget targets
- Define, develop and oversee short and long term strategic sales plans
- Create and execute business plans to drive achievement
- Maintain existing clients and develop new business opportunities
- Monitor market trends, sales and product performance, and take corrective action
- Manage relationships with key accounts’ decision makers, KOLs, patient associations
- Master product knowledge and disease area knowledge; coach the team
Requirements
- University degree in bioscience or business
- At least 5 years of sales experience within the pharmaceutical industry in Saudi Arabia
- Sales experience in Solid Tumors is a must
- Significant people leadership experience in sales
- Strong relationships with KOLs, customers, digital ecosystem
- Fluent in English and Arabic
- Advanced degree preferred

Requirements
- University degree in bioscience or business. Advanced degree preferred.
- At least 5 years of sales experience within the pharmaceutical industry in Saudi Arabia.
- Sales experience in Solid Tumors is a must; breast cancer experience is an advantage.
- Significant people leadership experience in sales.
- Strong relationships with KOLs, customers, digital ecosystem.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
