Responsibilities
- Develop sales across the region through all retail formats: standalone boutiques, franchise, department store corners, multi brand concept stores, and e commerce
- Contribute to the deployment of the commercial strategy across your territory, with the objective of meeting and exceeding targets
- Participate in budget construction and own your P&L; negotiate and review annual business plans market by market
- Manage and develop a portfolio of existing distributors and retailers, while actively seeking new market opportunities
- Negotiate the best commercial terms for the brand and contribute to the drafting of commercial contracts
- Implement efficient monthly sales reporting systems to track sell in/sell out performance across your territory
- Visit each market several times a year; represent the brand on the ground, protect its interests, and strengthen relationships with partners
- Build, negotiate, and execute an annual trade marketing plan by market
- Establish forecasts for your territory in close collaboration with partners
- Provide management with clear, timely reporting on all commercial, marketing, and communication activity across the region
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in niche perfumery or selective luxury, in international commercial functions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and presentation tools, and comfortable with CRM/ERP systems
- High availability for travel across the region (60–70% of the time)
- Based in Dubai (or willing to relocate)

- As part of our commercial expansion across the Middle East, we are looking for an Area Manager Middle East, based in Dubai.
Rôle
- Reporting to the Director of International Sales & Trade Marketing, your mission is to develop sales across the region through all retail formats: standalone boutiques, franchise, department store corners, multi brand concept stores, and e commerce.
- You contribute to the deployment of the commercial strategy across your territory, with the objective of meeting and exceeding your targets.
- You participate in budget construction and own your P&L. You negotiate and review annual business plans market by market.
- You manage and develop a portfolio of existing distributors and retailers, while actively seeking new market opportunities.
- You negotiate the best commercial terms for the brand and contribute to the drafting of commercial contracts.
- With a strong analytical mindset, you implement efficient monthly sales reporting systems to track sell in/sell out performance across your territory, and proactively propose improvement plans.
- As a true regional expert, you visit each of your markets several times a year. You represent the brand on the ground, protect its interests, and strengthen relationships with partners.
- You build, negotiate, and execute an annual trade marketing plan by market, rich and effective, designed to maximize the brand's visibility, reinforce its image, and drive sell out performance.
- You establish forecasts for your territory in close collaboration with your partners, for both existing catalogue products and new launches.
- You provide your management with clear, timely reporting on all commercial, marketing, and communication activity across your region, sharing best in class executions with the wider team.
Profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in niche perfumery or selective luxury, in international commercial functions.
- You are rigorous, organized, and skilled at managing priorities.
- You have a strong sense of client service and the ability to build lasting, effective relationships.
- You are proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and presentation tools, and comfortable with CRM/ERP systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French. Arabic is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
- High availability for travel across the region (60–70% of the time).
- Comfortable in a fast paced, agile, and creative environment with a start up mindset.
- Based in Dubai (or willing to relocate).
Compensation
- Competitive package based on profile: fixed salary + performance based bonus.
