About the Role
Airwheel KSA seeks an Area Manager to coordinate retail partners, manage field sales representatives, and ensure execution standards across stores in Riyadh and Jeddah. The role requires 2-4 years of KSA market experience, fluency in Arabic and English, and willingness to travel between stores.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate and build relationships with Partners across retail (store managers), distribution, B2B touch points
- On ground execution including on site visits to assess execution standards, display compliance and staff product knowledge
- Monitor and manage Demo unit and POSM stock at each store
- Lead, coach and performance manage field sales representatives, retail staff within the area territory
- Monitor and follow up customer complaints, warranty claims and service escalations at area level
- Handle documentation, including sales records, stock reports, and daily paperwork
- Coordinate logistics and product distribution at area level
- Resolve on site issues such as damaged products, malfunctioning demo units, and out of stock situations
- Compile and submit market situation reports to management
