Job Summary

  • The Area Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations, performance, and profitability of all company owned coffee shop outlets.
  • The role ensures consistent customer experience, product quality, operational excellence, and team performance across the existing four (4) outlets while supporting the company's expansion and growth plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the daily operations of all assigned coffee shop outlets.
  • Ensure consistent execution of company SOPs, recipes, service standards, and brand guidelines.
  • Drive sales, profitability, and operational efficiency across all locations.
  • Conduct regular store visits, audits, and performance reviews.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop Store Managers and outlet teams to achieve operational excellence.
  • Monitor food and beverage quality, customer service, cleanliness, and hygiene standards.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, HACCP standards, and municipality requirements.
  • Oversee inventory management, ordering, stock control, and wastage reduction.
  • Analyze sales reports, labour costs, and operational KPIs, and implement action plans for continuous improvement.
  • Resolve customer concerns and ensure a consistently high quality guest experience.
  • Coordinate with HR on recruitment, onboarding, training, scheduling, and employee performance management.
  • Work closely with the Marketing and Social Media teams to execute promotions, seasonal campaigns, and new product launches.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in coffee shop, café, or F&B operations, including at least 2 years managing multiple outlets.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem solving abilities.
  • Good commercial awareness with the ability to analyze sales and financial performance.
  • Proficient in POS systems, inventory management, and Microsoft Office.
  • Valid UAE Driving Licence is preferred.

Working Conditions

  • Frequent travel between outlets in Dubai and Sharjah.
  • Flexible working hours, including weekends and public holidays, based on operational requirements.
  • Availability to support new store openings, promotions, and special events as required.

Pay

  • Up to AED 11,000.00 per month
