Nelbud is seeking an experienced field operations leader to oversee Service Managers and Kitchen Exhaust Cleaning Technicians throughout the New York City metropolitan area. Based out of our New York City branch, this role provides leadership and operational support across New York City and Long Island while ensuring safe, efficient, and profitable operations.

We're looking for someone who enjoys coaching teams, solving operational challenges, and building a culture of accountability and safety.

Oversee Service Managers and Kitchen Exhaust Cleaning Technicians throughout the New York City metropolitan area, providing leadership, coaching, and operational support.

Drive safety, quality, and operational excellence across multiple crews.

Hire, coach, mentor, train, and develop employees.

Manage scheduling, payroll, performance, and employee relations.

Monitor productivity, labor costs, profitability, and operational performance.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and team performance.

Visit job sites to support crews and ensure customer satisfaction.

Partner with Regional Leadership to achieve operational goals.

Maintain a strong safety-first culture.
