Role Overview
Ajwan Group is hiring an Area Manager QSR for its hospitality operations in Qatar.
The role oversees multiple restaurants within an assigned area and supports consistent operational performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations across multiple restaurants.
- Monitor SOP, hygiene, quality, legal, safety, and licensing compliance.
- Conduct branch visits and audits to ensure operational consistency.
- Review sales, labor, and cost performance and take corrective action.
- Support Restaurant Managers with customer service targets and staff development.
- Support pre-opening and post-opening evaluations for new branches.
- Monitor visual merchandising, brand representation, promotions, and campaign rollouts.
- Resolve customer complaints and report critical issues with proposed solutions.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of F&B operations experience with multi-unit supervision.
- Experience in coaching, inspections, and reporting.
Knowledge and Skills
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Proficiency with POS, ERP, and operational systems.
- Skills in time and territory management, multi-branch coordination, cost control, and waste control.
- Strong interpersonal, leadership, communication, and field team supervision skills.
- Knowledge of complaint handling, pre-opening readiness, staff planning, discipline support, and brand consistency.
- Fluency in English or Arabic is preferred.
Workplace
- The job is performed in person in Qatar.
