- Effective communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work on site, travel within assigned areas, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Relevant academic background in business, sales, management, or related field; equivalent experience considered
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other regional languages is an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ERP or CRM systems
- Strong problem solving mindset, attention to detail, and commitment to quality and safety standards

Role Description
- The Area Manager role is a full time, on site position based in Dubai.
- This role is responsible for overseeing sales operations, distribution activities, and customer relationships across assigned territories, ensuring that company targets and service standards are consistently met.
- Day to day responsibilities include managing and mentoring area teams, planning and monitoring sales performance, coordinating with suppliers and logistics, and identifying new business opportunities.
- The Area Manager will conduct regular market visits, maintain strong relationships with key clients, and ensure high levels of product knowledge and customer service.
