About the Role

Responsibilities
- Lead all maintenance activities for the Mixed Feed Cracker (MFC)/Steam Cracker area, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient plant operations
- Manage mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and rotating equipment maintenance for Cracker units
- Ensure effective execution and reporting of maintenance activities through the CMMS system
- Support Planning & Scheduling and Reliability teams in maintenance optimization and reliability improvement
- Lead maintenance planning and execution during turnarounds, major shutdowns, and emergency maintenance
- Manage day to day maintenance teams and contractors while ensuring HSE compliance
- Prepare weekly maintenance reports and participate in maintenance review meetings
- Develop team capability through technical coaching and job specific training
Requirements
- Minimum 15 years experience in Oil & Gas/Petrochemical maintenance with Diploma, or 20 years with High School, or 10 years with Bachelor Degree

- Lead maintenance planning and execution during turnarounds, major shutdowns, and emergency maintenance.
- Manage day to day maintenance teams and contractors while ensuring compliance with all HSE requirements.
- Prepare weekly maintenance reports and participate in maintenance review meetings.
- Develop team capability through technical coaching and job specific training in coordination with HR.
Qualifications
- Minimum 15 years' experience in Oil & Gas / Petrochemical maintenance – Diploma.
- Minimum 20 years' experience in Oil & Gas / Petrochemical maintenance – High School.
- Minimum 10 years' experience in Oil & Gas / Petrochemical maintenance – Bachelor Degree.
