ABOUT THE POSITION

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manages the overall grain operations of the area’s locations in accordance with the Company policies and procedures;
• Responsible for generating sales and increasing profits at the locations;
• Manages locations' products and services including stocking, inventory control, inventory reconciliation, merchandising, advertising, billing and receipt of payment;
• Submits accurate location reports in a timely manner;
• Provides leadership, training, and supervision to the locations’ employees;
• Oversees multiple locations by prioritizing operational needs, managing resources, and supporting employees to achieve business objectives;
• Ensures maintenance, organization and cleanliness of department buildings, equipment and grounds;
• Responsible for emergency coordination in accordance with Company policy and procedure, in the event of an accident or disaster;
• Represents the Company at local community activities as needed;
• Prepares and presents safety meetings for locations;
• Provides excellent customer service by managing difficult or emotional situations; responding promptly to customer needs, resolving questions, complaints and concerns immediately and meeting commitments;
