Role Description
- As an Area General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall performance, operations, and strategic execution of multiple business functions within a designated area of responsibility.
- You will provide leadership and direction to ensure operational excellence, business growth, customer satisfaction, and achievement of organizational objectives.
- Your role involves developing and implementing business strategies, monitoring performance metrics, and driving initiatives that improve productivity, profitability, and operational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead cross functional teams and work closely with department heads to align operational activities with organizational goals.
- Oversee resource planning, performance management, budgeting support, and business planning activities.
- Analyze business performance data, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, strengthen governance practices, and ensure compliance.
- Oversee execution of key projects, manage business risks, and support organizational transformation initiatives.
Qualifications
