Primary Job Function
Achieve assigned area and territory business manager sales targets.
Support the team in achieving monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets.
Achieve brand-wise and product-wise targets.
Conduct activities and programs according to division strategy.
Develop and mentor team members for the next level.

- Facilitate team members in achieving their territory-wise objectives.
- Coach territory business managers on on-the-job aspects.
- Develop territory business managers’ field effectiveness.
Supervisory and Management Responsibilities
- Monitor effort parameters and execution of strategies.
- Monitor month-on-month brand-wise and value-wise sales progression.
- Manage people and apply effective communication and analytical skills.
