Key Responsibilities
- Drive aggressive aftermarket parts, coil replacement, and retrofit revenue targets across the designated geographic zone.
- Actively coach, train, and support independent BAC representatives to effectively position corporate lifecycle solutions.
- Lead regional sales promotions, technical lunch-and-learns, and distributor webinars to highlight the value proposition of genuine OEM components.
- Maintain robust regional pipeline visibility and track account development daily using SAP CRM infrastructure.
- Promote BAC latest innovation product upgrades with BAC representatives and BAC customers.
- Provide structural and thermal application guidance to help sales reps build proposals for commercial HVAC, process cooling, and industrial refrigeration projects.
- Coordinate local on-site service operations, overseeing complex structural equipment refurbishments and component retrofits.
- Interface continuously with factory Quality Assurance and Field Service teams to systematically manage, log, and resolve warranty or performance claims.
- Gather regional competitive intelligence, field failure patterns, and local water chemistry challenges to influence global R&D pipelines.
- Strategize alongside the industrial marketing department to develop localized pricing matrices and tailored digital tools.
Core Requirements
- Minimum of 5+ years of verified B2B engineering sales experience focused on industrial heat transfer, commercial HVAC, process cooling, or refrigeration systems.
- Proven success managing independent manufacturer representative channels, dealer networks, or industrial distributor frameworks.
- Substantial history handling service agreements, life-extension retrofits, structural repairs.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a strictly related industrial/scientific discipline from an accredited institution.
- Practical fluency interpreting fluid dynamics, thermodynamics, psychrometrics, and structural blueprints of cooling towers or fluid coolers.
- Working proficiency with enterprise-grade, specifically SAP, alongside standard data visualization and quoting engines.
- Willingness and logistical ability to travel Internationally & nationally between 40% to 50% of the time to manufacturing facilities, representative offices, and active job sites.
- Strict adherence to international commercial compliance frameworks and corporate ethical standards.
