Responsibilities
- Develop and strengthen relationships with developers, real estate companies, and major government and semi government entities across Saudi Arabia.
- Identify, pursue, and secure new project opportunities, with a focus on high value and distinctive projects.
- Represent the firm professionally in the Saudi market as its commercial face.
- Lead the growth and development of the firm's architectural business and high value project portfolio.
- Contribute to the firm's strategic expansion within the Kingdom.
Requirements
- Architectural background with strong leadership presence
- Deep understanding of the Saudi market and real estate development sector
- Proven business development, client acquisition, and opportunity generation ability
- Strong architectural and managerial experience
- Familiarity with Saudi codes and regulations (SBC, municipal/Baladi permitting)
- Established network within Saudi developers, government entities, and giga /PIF related projects
- Fluent in Arabic; English preferred
