The Architectural Inspector role at NILTORI Recruitment is a temporary, on site position based in Muaither.
The Architectural Inspector will conduct daily building and site inspections to verify compliance with approved plans, local building codes, and safety standards.
Responsibilities include reviewing architectural elements, checking structural and plumbing work related to building integrity, documenting findings, and preparing clear inspection reports.
The role involves coordinating with contractors, engineers, and site supervisors to address non compliance issues, recommend corrective actions, and follow up on remedial work.
The Architectural Inspector will also support code enforcement activities and contribute to maintaining quality and safety throughout the project lifecycle.

Candidates should possess strong Building Inspections and Site Inspections skills, with experience assessing construction quality and compliance.
Candidates should possess Code Enforcement and Inspection skills, including the ability to interpret and apply relevant building regulations and standards.
Candidates should possess basic Plumbing related inspection knowledge, enabling evaluation of plumbing installations for safety and code compliance.
Relevant qualifications in architecture, civil engineering, construction management, or a related field are beneficial.
Prior experience in architectural or construction inspection, particularly in on site roles, is highly desirable.
Strong attention to detail, clear report writing abilities, and effective communication with multidisciplinary project teams are expected.
Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Muaither or the broader region is an advantage.
