The First Leading Company announces its need for an Architectural Engineer to work as a site supervisor within its luxury residential projects team in Riyadh.
The ideal candidate combines architectural design experience with the ability to manage and oversee field execution according to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities
Field supervision of work execution and ensuring compliance with approved plans and specifications
Monitoring finishing works, facades, and architectural voids with high accuracy
Coordination among all engineering disciplines and resolving technical conflicts on-site
Reviewing and approving execution drawings and material specifications Shop Drawings & Materials
Monitoring contractor and consultant performance and raising the level of technical and time compliance
Preparing periodic technical reports and documenting works and preparing As-Built drawings
Qualifications And Required Experience
Bachelor's degree in Architecture Engineering
Minimum 5 years of experience supervising luxury residential villa projects
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit & SketchUp
Leadership skills and ability to manage sites and make decisions under pressure
Valid membership with the Saudi Council of Engineers
