In this role, you will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of architectural solutions for a variety of projects, ensuring they meet both aesthetic and structural standards.
You will work collaboratively with architects, engineers, and designers to create functional, safe, and sustainable building environments.
Your expertise will play a critical role in translating conceptual designs into detailed specifications and overseeing the performance of architectural systems.

Responsibilities
- Develop and prepare architectural designs, plans, and specifications for a variety of construction projects
- Conduct feasibility studies and site assessments to ensure designs are practical and meet project requirements
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure design integration and compliance with regulations
- Utilize advanced software tools for modeling, drafting, and rendering architectural designs
- Review and analyze project proposals, providing feedback and recommendations for enhancements
- Participate in project meetings and presentations, communicating design concepts and technical details
- Stay current with industry trends, materials, and technologies related to architectural engineering
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
- A minimum of 13 years of experience in architectural design and engineering
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and sustainable design practices
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software applications
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Professional licensure or certification is a plus
