- Professional Accreditation: Active membership in the Saudi Council of Engineers (basic requirement for classification).
- Legal Status: Transferable Iqama.
- Engineering Software: Full and professional proficiency in AutoCAD, Autodesk Revit / BIM, 3ds Max / SketchUp / Lumion.
