Responsibilities
- Review architectural drawings and project documents
- Coordinate architectural requirements with the contractor, consultants and other engineering disciplines

- Review materials, finishes and shop drawings
- Identify architectural or site issues and recommend practical solutions
- Monitor the quality and progress of the villa works
- Provide professional updates and recommendations to the villa owner
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience
- Proven UAE experience in architectural design and site supervision
- Previous experience with large or luxury private villas
- Good knowledge of UAE construction practices and authority requirements
- Ability to work independently on a single villa project
- Strong communication, coordination and problem solving skills
- Must be available to attend the project site in Dubai

Overview
- We are looking for an experienced Architectural Engineer for a single private luxury villa project in Dubai.
- This is a temporary, project based assignment and not a permanent position.
- The selected candidate will support the architectural review, coordination, site supervision and execution of the villa project.
