We Are Hiring \|Architectural Engineer – Fit-Out & Finishing Works
Our company is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Architectural Engineer to join our team in the fit-out and finishing sector.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture Engineering
- Minimum 7 years of experience in fit-out and finishing projects
- Strong site experience and ability to manage project execution professionally
- Experience in coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers
- Ability to read drawings and supervise implementation details accurately
- Knowledge in project scheduling, quantities, and material follow-up
- Strong communication and team management skills
- Valid driving license is mandatory
- Experience in dealing and managing subcontractors and suppliers
- Experience in retail, hospitality, offices, or commercial fit-out projects is preferred
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines
- Ability to work rash projects under pressure and meet project deadlines
Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage site activities
- Ensure quality and project standards are maintained
- Coordinate with consultants, suppliers, and project teams
- Prepare daily/weekly progress reports
- Follow up on materials, manpower, and site progress
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within required quality standards
