Responsibilities

Requirements

- Civil engineering skills including structural understanding, materials knowledge, and familiarity with infrastructure standards
- Construction related skills including site coordination, interpretation of construction documents, and adherence to safety and quality guidelines
- Teamwork skills including collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and effective communication in hybrid work settings
- Proficiency in relevant design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools)
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred
- Previous experience in architectural or engineering projects in the Gulf region, particularly Dubai, is an advantage
- Ability to manage part time hours effectively, prioritize tasks, and work independently with minimal supervision

Role Description
- The Architectural Engineer will work in a part time hybrid role based in Dubai, combining on site presence with some work from home flexibility.
- Day to day responsibilities include developing architectural designs, collaborating with civil and construction teams, and ensuring projects comply with relevant codes and standards.
- The role involves coordinating with project managers, preparing technical drawings and documentation, reviewing construction plans, and participating in site visits as needed.
- The Architectural Engineer will also support project scheduling, quality assurance, and communication with internal and external stakeholders to keep projects on track and within scope.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Architecture skills, including design development, technical drawing, and knowledge of building codes.
- Candidates should possess Project Management skills, such as planning, coordination, scheduling, and stakeholder communication.
- Candidates should possess Civil Engineering skills, including structural understanding, materials knowledge, and familiarity with infrastructure standards.
