Role Overview
The employer is hiring two Architectural Engineers for design-and-build building projects.
The role involves architectural site supervision, design review, inspections, and coordination with project stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
- UPDA Grade A/B certification is mandatory.
- At least 10 years of post-graduation experience is required.
- At least 7 years of proven experience in building projects under PWA/Ashghal is required.
- Experience working with an engineering consultancy is mandatory.
- Candidates must have a transferable QID.
- The posting specifies that applicants should be from Qatar.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and supervise architectural works at site for compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Conduct architectural inspections and coordinate with the consultant, contractor, and relevant stakeholders.
- Review architectural designs, shop drawings, material submittals, and technical submissions.
- Support design reviews and ensure compliance with project specifications, PWA/Ashghal requirements, and applicable standards.
- Coordinate architectural works across design development, construction activities, and site implementation in design-and-build projects.
