Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed architectural and interior design drawings, including plans, elevations, sections, details, and construction documentation
- Develop and update drawings throughout all project phases based on design revisions and team feedback
- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, and project managers to ensure accuracy and consistency across project deliverables
- Produce technical drawings that align with design intent, local regulations, and construction requirements
- Maintain organized drawing sets and adhere to office CAD/BIM standards
- Assist in preparing documentation for tender submissions, authority approvals, and construction
- Ensure all deliverables are completed accurately and within project deadlines
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or related field
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD
- Experience with Revit (BIM) highly preferred
- Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software (SketchUp, 3ds Max, Lumion, Enscape, or similar) is an advantage
- Solid understanding of architectural detailing, construction documentation, and technical drafting standards
- Experience in residential, commercial, or hospitality projects preferred
- Knowledge of local building codes, construction methods, and commonly used materials
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast paced studio environment
- Professional proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus

Architectural Drafter
- Hepta Studio is seeking a talented and detail oriented Architectural Drafter to join our growing team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
- This is a full time, on site position for someone who is passionate about architecture, technical documentation, and delivering high quality design drawings.
- As an Architectural Drafter, you will work closely with our architects and interior designers to transform design concepts into accurate technical documentation for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.
