Role overview
The Architectural Designer will develop creative, functional, and technically sound architectural solutions from initial concepts through design development and documentation.
The role involves collaborating with architects, engineers, consultants, and project stakeholders to deliver high-quality architectural outcomes.
Core responsibilities
- Develop architectural concepts, spatial layouts, design studies, and presentation materials.
- Prepare plans, elevations, sections, diagrams, 3D models, renderings, and construction documentation.
- Translate creative concepts into practical solutions considering functionality, aesthetics, sustainability, and technical requirements.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary design solutions with architects, engineers, interior designers, consultants, and project teams.
- Research materials, finishes, construction methods, building systems, and relevant design standards.
- Review and revise drawings, models, and design documents based on requirements and feedback.
Project coordination and quality
- Identify design, documentation, and coordination issues and contribute to solutions.
- Support presentations, client discussions, design reviews, and project coordination activities.
