Role Overview
Develop creative, functional, and technically sound architectural solutions from initial concepts through design development and documentation.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, consultants, and project stakeholders to produce high-quality architectural outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop architectural concepts, spatial layouts, design studies, and presentation materials based on project requirements.
- Prepare plans, elevations, sections, diagrams, 3D models, renderings, and construction documentation.
- Translate creative concepts into practical solutions while considering functionality, aesthetics, sustainability, and technical requirements.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary design solutions with architects, engineers, interior designers, consultants, and project teams.
- Research materials, finishes, construction methods, building systems, and relevant design standards.
- Review and revise drawings, models, and design documents based on requirements and stakeholder feedback.
- Identify design, documentation, and coordination issues and contribute to effective solutions.
- Support presentations, client discussions, design reviews, and project coordination activities.
- Maintain organized drawings, models, specifications, project files, and other architectural documentation.
- Ensure design outputs comply with building codes, regulations, accessibility requirements, and quality standards.
- Contribute innovative ideas that enhance design quality, functionality, visual impact, and project performance.
