Role Description
Develop architectural concepts, design proposals, technical solutions, drawings, models, renderings, and coordinated documentation throughout project design stages.
Work with multidisciplinary project stakeholders to deliver practical, functional, visually compelling, and technically compliant architectural solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop concepts, design proposals, and technical solutions aligned with project requirements, design objectives, and applicable standards.
- Prepare plans, elevations, sections, details, presentation materials, 2D drawings, 3D models, renderings, diagrams, and visual presentations.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to coordinate requirements and resolve technical issues.
- Conduct site, building, material, and design research to support project development.
- Assist with space planning, material selection, façade development, interior coordination, and related activities.
- Review documentation for accuracy, consistency, constructability, and compliance with requirements.
- Participate in design reviews, client presentations, coordination meetings, and project discussions.
- Incorporate feedback and revisions while maintaining design quality and project objectives.
- Coordinate documentation with schedules, specifications, budgets, and construction requirements.
- Keep up to date with architectural trends, materials, technologies, sustainability principles, and industry standards.
