Role Overview
Develop creative and functional architectural design solutions that meet project requirements, design objectives, and applicable standards.
Support projects from initial concepts through detailed design and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare architectural plans, elevations, sections, layouts, 3D models, renderings, and presentation materials.
- Coordinate design requirements with architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Research materials, finishes, building systems, and design solutions.
- Support design reviews, incorporate feedback, and maintain organized project documentation.
- Balance creativity with constructability, functionality, aesthetics, sustainability, and regulatory compliance.
- Contribute ideas that improve project quality, efficiency, sustainability, and design value.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Design, Interior Architecture, or a related discipline.
- Strong understanding of architectural design principles, spatial planning, materials, construction methods, and detailing.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent tools.
- Good understanding of building codes, regulations, technical standards, and design requirements.
