Role Overview
Create architectural designs, 3D models, photorealistic renderings, walkthroughs, and presentations for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.
Design and Modeling
- Develop architectural concepts and space planning layouts.
- Create 3D building models from architectural drawings using SketchUp.
- Prepare floor plans, elevations, and sections.
- Coordinate design changes based on client requirements.
- Generate presentation models for design reviews.
Visualization and Rendering
- Import and enhance SketchUp models in 3ds Max.
- Apply materials, textures, and lighting.
- Produce realistic interior and exterior renderings.
- Create architectural walkthroughs and flythrough animations.
- Develop marketing and sales presentation visuals.
Project Coordination
- Work closely with Architects, Structural Engineers, and MEP teams.
Pay
- ₹40,000.00 to ₹55,000.00 per month
