Architectural Designer

• Bachelors degree in Architecture, Licensed Architect or pursuing license, or
• 1+ years professional experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Comprehensive knowledge of architectural principles, practices, and advanced techniques.
• Expertise in drawings, specifications, and building materials.
• Capable of completing complicated and difficult architectural assignments and large, complex projects with minimal supervision within a fast-pace environment.
• Ability to execute and coordinate multiple projects at a time.
• Proficient in REVIT (required), AutoCAD, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Photoshop, SketchUp, Smartsheet, 3Ds Max is a plus.
• Architectural License or pursuing, highly preferred.

Language & Collaboration Requirements: This role requires full professional fluency in English, including reading, writing, and speaking.

Candidates must be comfortable working in an English-speaking environment and regularly communicating with U.S.-based colleagues and clients.

All meetings, documentation, and project coordination will be conducted in English.

Candidates must be available to work standard U.S. business hours.

Work Conditions: This role is remote based and will work closely with Architects, Designers, Engineers, and clients in the U.S.

Multi-shift work may often be required to accomplish work to meet aggressive schedules.

Must be flexible, adaptable, and able to work with fluid schedules.

Able to work remotely in a home office setting and manage time effectively with multiple projects and deadlines.
