- Monitor and inspect architectural works to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications
- Verify the quality of materials, finishes, and workmanship on site
- Coordinate with project engineers, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors regarding architectural activities
- Identify and report non conformities and assist in implementing corrective actions
- Conduct regular site inspections and document project progress
- Ensure architectural works comply with project quality standards and contractual requirements
- Review architectural shop drawings and related technical documents when required
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, observations, and site activities
- Support project teams in resolving architectural and finishing related issues
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations at the worksite
Requirements
- Diploma Degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in construction projects, preferably in architectural or finishing works
- Strong understanding of architectural drawings, specifications, and construction practices
- Knowledge of quality control and inspection procedures
- Ability to identify construction defects and recommend corrective actions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction related documentation
- Strong communication, coordination, and reporting skills
- Ability to work effectively in a site based environment

Job Overview
